Response Time Carry-in Service:
A service technician will evaluate your equipment within 48 hours of the call in most cases.

On-site Service:
A service technician will arrive at your location within 48 hours of the call in most cases.

Complete Computer Support (CCS ) Maintenance Programs:
Clients receive the highest priority with a guaranteed eight hours response time to all critical service requests

Warranty:
90 days on labor. Manufacturer's period on parts, usually one year

Pickup & Delivery:
We will arrange for a courier service to your location. Please call for current charges.
